What Did Pat Ryan Promise?
On July 15, 2026, Congressman Pat Ryan replied publicly on X stating he did not want AIPAC's endorsement and would be “returning the funds” — $791,782 collected through AIPAC since 2022 according to a Washington Examiner analysis of FEC records.
Jackie Auringer has called on Ryan to do three things — in public, with paperwork:
- 1Disclose exactly how much he intends to return
- 2Identify which contributions get refunded
- 3Release documentation proving the money actually went back
“You don't get to keep the money, trash the people who raised it, and pretend it's principle instead of politics. Return the full $791,782. Show the receipts. And tell Hudson Valley voters exactly why your convictions changed the moment the DSA started grading your homework, not a day before.”
