Meet Jackie Mary Auringer
A Stronger Voice for the Hudson Valley
Jackie's Journey
Born and Raised in Ulster County
Jackie grew up right here in Kingston, the same streets, schools, and stores she still calls home today. She was raised on the values of hard work, personal responsibility, and showing up for your neighbors.

Earned Her Degree, Came Straight Back
Jackie earned her Marketing degree from the Lutgert College of Business and returned to the Hudson Valley after graduation to build her life and career in the place that shaped her. Alongside her professional work, she is a dedicated advocate for mental health, focused on breaking stigma, expanding access, and supporting the well-being of her community.

Family Business and Real-World Experience
Jackie works in her family's construction business, where she serves as a project manager and managerial accountant. Working in a small business taught her exactly what government gets wrong: too much red tape, too many taxes, and too little concern for the people doing the actual work. She is also a marketing and branding professional who has helped build and grow business platforms. Through her work, she has gained firsthand experience with the challenges facing small businesses, tradesmen, and working families across New York.

Serving Beyond Politics
Jackie is a philanthropist who has been actively involved in charitable, community and civic efforts, as well as political campaigns. She has worked on voter outreach and grassroots organizing long before running for office.

Running for Congress
Jackie is running for Congress in NY-18 not to start a political career, but because the Hudson Valley is becoming too expensive for families to stay. She is committed to restoring affordability, strengthening local economies, and bringing a stronger, more accountable voice to Washington.

Why I'm Running
I am running for Congress because I am no longer willing to leave the future of my community in the hands of people I can't trust to act in our best interest. For too long, the voices of our communities have been overlooked or filtered through agendas that do not reflect the realities on the ground, including the growing strain on families trying to afford to live and succeed here.
I am not beholden to outside interests, nor guided by personal ambition. My commitment is to serve with independence, integrity, and a clear sense of responsibility to every person in New York's 18th District. My loyalty is to the people of this district, to their livelihoods, their future, and the strength of community we share.
We are too divided, and it has held us back. I believe we can do better. I will work to bring people together, to lead with purpose, and to deliver results that reflect the will and best interests of those I represent.
My campaign is about restoring confidence in leadership, bridging divisions, strengthening opportunity, and advancing practical solutions that support families, reinforce local economy, and strengthen our community as a whole.
I'm Jackie Auringer, and I am asking for your support because the Hudson Valley deserves a representative who is here for the community, not for the career.
Jack's Got Your Back!
A Hudson Valley Native
Jackie Mary Auringer is a proud Hudson Valley native, born and raised in the community she now seeks to represent. Her roots run deep. Her parents are lifelong locals, and her upbringing was shaped by a strong connection to the people, values, and institutions that define the region. Her mother dedicated her career to the community as a teacher in the local school district, while her father has spent decades serving the Hudson Valley through his construction business.
Growing up in that environment gave Jackie a firsthand understanding of the importance of hard work, community investment, and local pride. It is that perspective that drives her commitment to ensuring the Hudson Valley is represented by someone who knows it, values it, and will always put it first.

Family & Home
Family is the foundation of Jackie's values and the lens through which she approaches leadership. Raised by parents who built their lives serving their community, she was instilled with a deep sense of responsibility, accountability, and respect for others.
With her entire family rooted in the Hudson Valley, Jackie remains closely connected to the people and places that shaped her. She understands the priorities of local families because they are her own. That connection drives her commitment to protecting the strength of the community and ensuring future generations have the opportunity to build their lives here.
What Jackie Stands For
Accountability
Restoring accountability in government means every tax dollar is tracked, every vote is transparent, and every elected official answers to the people of this district.
Community First
The Hudson Valley is more than a district on a map. Our towns, our neighbors, and our local businesses deserve a representative who shows up, listens, and delivers.
Healing the Divide
Jackie is committed to helping heal the bitter partisan divide and finding common-sense solutions that serve the people of NY-18, not party bosses.
Results-Driven Leadership
She is not running to launch a political career. She is running to deliver practical outcomes that can be felt at the local level, from lower costs to stronger local economies.
